fantastic bedspacious showercomplimentary water
the bed was fantastic. the bathroom featured wonderful lighting and a spacious shower. complimentary large bottles of both still and sparkling water were provided daily.
the hotel is not very close to the city centre.

I loved the room. It was super comfy. The breakfast was lovely, with a huge, fresh, tasty variety!
The air conditioner wasn't working in my room. They gave me a fan but it wasn't enough.

the room size was adequate for a short stay.
The safe in my room malfunctioned repeatedly. It was quite irritating. the shower pressure was also very weak and water leaked into the bathroom. considering the price, i found these issues unacceptable.

i gave the hotel a sweater for dry cleaning it was returned on the same day but in a terrible condition when i went to talk to the manager i was told he is not there and will be back later that day i expected someone would reach out but no one ever did

faulty air conditioning
The air conditioning was not working correctly. It made for a very uncomfortable night. I found a loud noise coming from one of the cupboards. I had no idea what it was. Staff offered a sanitiser as compensation (I thought it was an unsatisfactory resolution). The eggs at breakfast tasted like microwaved powdered eggs. They tasted really horrible.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of gluten-free options. The restaurant staff was accommodating. My family suite was spacious and comfortable. I found daily complimentary large bottles of water, including sparkling water, very useful. The hotel provided promptly any requested extra pillows and hangers.
The air conditioning did not work, made one night uncomfortably warm, though they offered a sanitiser.
